We get it. It's not an easy choice on who to decide to go with for your wedding suit or tuxedo. It's one of the biggest days in your life and you want to get it right! Not only do you want to look your best, you rather not break the bank doing it. Even if you are willing to spend extra money for the big day, its not necessarily worth it. More money does not mean a better outcome.

When it comes to suits or tuxedos the number one most important thing to look for is the fit (fabric is also an important part of your suit but we will tackle that in another article) You can have a several thousand dollar suit that doesn't fit right, and it will not look good. I've had countless clients come to me after they were unhappy with how their custom made suit fit them. They wanted a perfect fit and were willing to pay for it, but the final product, even after the tailors made adjustments just weren't quite right. On the other hand, you can have a competitively priced that fits your body great, and that suit will not only look much better on you, it will look like it cost more than the ill fitting more expensive suit. Suits are not an easy thing to get the fit right on like it is for, lets say, a tee shirt. The size specifications, construction and pattern of a suit is very hard to nail down. And each suit company has a unique pattern. Without getting into the nitty gritty too much, you want to go with a company known for their fit.

Don't worry, I already know your next question. How will I know the fit from shopping online?! Being able to walk into a store and try the suit on is a big advantage and if you are in the New York City area we urge you to come into our 10,000 square foot warehouse where we house all of our suits and tuxedos so one of our stylists can find your perfect fit. But for the majority of America who does not live in the NYC area, fret not! We have fitted literally tens of thousands of clients and have created a database so we know what your size will be in our fit after you give us the following basic info about yourself which is your height, weight, body type, stomach shape and fit preference. In the rare case the fit is off we send you a new size that properly fits you.

We have happily fitted thousands of grooms, groomsmen, family and friends of the wedding party as well as business men across the country.

We carry 2 fits. Slim fit and modern fit. Our slim fit is more tapered on the arms and legs as well as the jacket waist to contour to the shape of your body, and has a shorter jacket length. It is our #1 selling suit. It literally took us years to perfect the fit using client feedback, decades of deep industry knowledge and experience, and using some of the best technicians in the world. Our slim fit starts at size 34 short and goes all the way up to size 50 regular. The gentlemen that do not fall into the slim category should take the modern fit. It's not the old school baggy fit, it just gives a little more room in needed areas for guys who are not slim. Our modern fit is also a product of years of tweaking and carefully adjustments to get it just right. Our modern fit suits start at size 36 short and go up to 58 regular. In the event that you have some bigger men in your wedding party, we can specially make suits for them to complete your wedding. Our goal is to make you look and feel your best by providing you with an excellent garment and a perfect fit so when you look back at your wedding pictures in 5, 10, heck 50 years from now, you look back on them with a smile and feel amazing!
